Temple at Houston

Temple opened the season against Villanova at home and suffered a 19-17 loss as a better than two TD favorite. They then played even worse in Week 2 at home in a 36-29 loss to Buffalo. They have since gone 5-2 losing to unbeaten Central Florida and the ACC's Boston College. They now travel to take on 7-2 Houston, who is horrible defensively and has allowed 117 points in its last three games, the last a loss to SMU 45-31. Temple out-played Central Florida last week piling up 670 total yards and have a defense that can get the necessary stops here to win a high-scoring game. Temple averaging 35 points per game over its last seven while holding five of these opponents to 17 or fewer. The Owls can score and get stops, and Houston can just score.
