Temple at Connecticut

Connecticut has been offensively-challenged for several years and it's the same story this season as the Huskies are averaging only 18.3 points per game,  and are coming off a 41-3 loss at East Carolina. UConn managed just 89 rushing yards against the Pirates on 2.9 yards per carry and quarterback Bryant Shirreffs was 16-of-30 for 180 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions. The Huskies are ranked #106 in total yards of offense and #126 in scoring. Temple is allowing just 22.7 points per game after its 34-13 win over Cincinnati in a game that went UNDER by six points. The Owls rushed for 275 yards on 60 carries with Jahad Thomas gaining 151 yards on 17 carries. Phillip Walker was 12-of-19 for 199 yards and two TDs. Temple's defense is #11 in the country in total yards allowed and the last seven meetings have stayed UNDER, including last year's 27-3 win by Temple.
