Temple at Ball State

Both of these teams have experienced losing in big ways. Both are now climbing out of the doldrums of losing into competitive programs. Temple has turned things around and has experienced the winning attitude over the past 2+ seasons. Ball State went from the top to bottom, but the talent has definitely improved as this team remains under the radar. The Owls were humbled last week at home vs. another improving squad as Toledo pummeled them 36-13 on their own field. After a 3-18 straight-up run Ball State has now turned the corner and stand at 5-3 in their last eight. The Cardinals, despite facing three BCS Conference teams, are coming in at 3-2 on the season, dropping just one of their last six at home by more than 4 points. The Owls are no longer under the radar while Ball State stands at 19-9 ATS following an ATS loss. Take the home team and the points here.
