The Big-12 has seen some surprise teams surge this season and TCU is one of them. The Horned Frogs have been impressive, beating Oklahoma (37-33), bouncing back from a close loss to Baylor by thrashing #15 Oklahoma State 42-9, then pounding Texas Tech last week 82-27. Junior QB Trevone Boykin has thrown for 410 and 433 yards the last two games, throwing 7 TDs with no picks last week. This team is #6 in the nation in passing with 360 yards per game, coupled with a powerful ground attack of 212.9 yards per game, which is why they are tops in scoring with 50.4 points per contest. TCU is on a 9-0 ATS run, and is 6-0 ATS in Big-12 play. They will be able to score on this West Virginia pass-happy attack and suspect defense. They have a win over Baylor, but also lost by double digits to the other top 20 teams they faced, including a 45-33 loss to Oklahoma on this same field. The Mountaineers are 2-5 ATS at home, and are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 conference games. Give up the points on TCU.
