Syracuse at California

California has returned to its early-season form winning its past two games after losing four in a row. The Golden Bears come off a 46-36 win over Wake Forest after jumping out to a 29-14 halftime lead. Fernando Mendoza was 40 of 56 for 385 yards and two TDs with an interception for the Bears, who have covered five of seven at home and six of their past seven November games. Syracuse is 5-13 ATS its past 18 games against ACC opponents and the Orange are just 3-9 ATS their past 12 road contests. The Orange have lost two of three, including 37-31 to Boston College on Saturday and the Eagles did it with only 65 passing yards. Boston College tore through the Syracuse run defense and finished with 313 rushing yards on 51 carries. California won't need to pass as much as its last game as it can use some clock running against the Orange. The Bears have gone UNDER eight of their past 12 games and they allow only 19.3 points per game this season. Take California and the UNDER.
