Central Florida is 2-0, but this will be its toughest test yet after beating Florida A&M and Florida Atlantic and now playing a Pac-12 school. The Knights racked up 312 rushing yards against Florida Atlantic, but true freshman Dillon Gabriel got the surprise start at quarterback and completed only 7-of-19 although for 245 yards, including two long touchdowns. Brandon Wimbush, a transfer from Notre Dame, was expected to be the starter this season, but that appears to not be the case as coach Josh Heupel is trying to keep everyone happy with a roster that includes several quarterbacks. Stanford opened its season with a 17-7 win over Northwestern and then lost at USC 45-20. Davis Mills took over for injured K.J. Costello and completed 22-of-36 for 237 yards and a touchdown and interception. Costello has been cleared to play this week. UCF has gone UNDER in both games this season and five of its last seven and the Cardinal has stayed UNDER three of its last four dating to last season. Stanford is 17-4 ATS its last 21 games when following a loss and 35-16-1 ATS after an ATS loss. The UNDER is 55-27-1 in Stanford's last 83 games after an ATS and 16-6 when following a UCF ATS win. The Knights have stayed UNDER in seven of their last eight after scoring at least 40 points their previous game. Take Stanford and the UNDER.
