South Alabama at LSU

LSU has rebounded from its opening week loss to USC and the Tigers have won three in a row following Saturday's 34-17 victory over UCLA. Garrett Nussmeier passed for 352 yards and three TDs and the Tigers outscored the Bruins 17-0 in the second half. Nine different receivers caught at least one pass, including Mason Taylor, who had three receptions for 77 yards and a TD. LSU is 13-4 ATS its past 17 Saturday home games and won't have a letdown or a look-ahead spot as the Tigers have next week off before facing Mississippi. South Alabama surprised Appalachian State 48-14 as a 7.5-point underdog, but the Jaguars opened the season with losses to North Texas and Ohio. The Jaguars rushed for 320 yards against the Mountaineers and they are 6-1-1 OVER following an ATS win. LSU is 8-0 OVER after allowing fewer than 20 points its previous game and 5-0 OVER after allowing fewer than 100 yards rushing as UCLA had only 14 yards on the ground. Take LSU and the OVER.
