It's hard to get used to looking at stats for Hawaii and not see them near or at the top of the national leaders n passing yards. Those days left with June Jones and Hawaii has really struggled both offensively and defensively this year. The Warriors’ ground attack has barely gained over 1,000 yards in 11 games on 387 carries at less than 3 yards per rush. The passing game has generated just over 1,700 yards with 11 INTs on the season. They have just 22 offensive TDs to show for 11 games, so the role of a favorite here has them looking very shaky. South Alabama has had a tough debut in the Sun Belt and come into this game at 2-10. The good news is that half of their 12 games were one-possession games against teams a bit more sound than Hawaii, so there is a strong likelihood they will be in this one to win it into the fourth quarter. The Jaguars have played over the line on the road at 6-2 ATS n their last eight, while Hawaii is just 1-8 ATS in their last nine at home. The bottom line is that Hawaii is one of the worst teams in college fotoball and should not be laying points. Take the Jags.
