South Alabama at Georgia State

The transition into playing at the FBS level for Georgia State is coming with a huge learning curve. While progress has been made, there are still talent gaps that has rendered this team at 3-6 on the season. On the strength of two straight wins,  South Alabama has moved themselves to 5-4 on the season and a win away from Bowl eligibility, so they have to be feeling pretty good about themselves right now. The Jags offense has made strides as the season has progressed, and they have generated over 400 yards in each of their last three games. Georgia State has allowed over 400 yards in four of their last six, and don't appear to be a candidate to slow down the steadily improving Jags attack. The Jags allowed under 100 rushing yards in their last game, and have followed by going 7-2 ATS in their last nine after doing so. The Panthers have established no home field advantage at 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11 at home. Play on South Alabama.
