SMU at Navy

Navy managed to score 34 points while beating Central Florida as a 14.5-point underdog last week, but this isn't the high-scoring Navy offense of past seasons as it scored only a combined 30 points its first three games this season and 13 points its final three games in 2020. The Midshipmen characteristically had only 58 passing yards and 348 on the ground against UCF. Navy had gone UNDER four of its previous six games, and this week's posted total is the highest in any of its games so far this year. SMU stayed UNDER in its 41-17 victory over South Florida for its third UNDER in five games this season as the Bulls were held to 3.0 yards per carry. The UNDER is 10-4 in SMU's past 14 October games, and the Mustangs have stayed UNDER in five of their past six games after a win by at least 20 points.
