Rutgers at Kansas

The Kansas Jayhawks have to be feeling pretty good about themselves. They last had won a road game on September 12, 2009 - almost nine years ago. I'm not going to tout the Jayhawks as a good team, but they do have a lot of experience from last year, and this team may have a surprise or two left in them. The oddsmakers have them as a tiny favorite here against a Rutgers team that has had many problems of their own. The Scarlet Knights are just 7-19 in their last 26 games and just three of those seven wins have come against Power-5 teams, and just one of those came on the road. While Kansas was getting a rare taste of victory last week, Rutgers was getting rolled by Ohio State 52-3. Going back to last year, Rutgers has scored seven or fewer points four of their last five games. Kansas has a better mindset, while Rutgers is coming off a demoralizing loss. Lay the points on Kansas.
