The UConn Huskies have had a lot of success over the last several years, but have taken a step back after their surprising BCS Bowl appearance last season. UConn has struggled at QB with newcomer Johny McEntee completing just 50.9% of his passes on the season with just 10 TDs to 7 INTs. Lyle McCombs has rushed for over 1,000 yards, but he has carried the ball 234 times to get there. The Huskies simply don't have any deep threats or game breakers on offense. Rutgers comes in at 8-3 on the season, and should have no trouble handling a limited Huskies’ offense as the Scarlet Knights have held eight opponents to 20 points or less, and have gotten even better lately, allowing just 32 points total over their last three games. The offense, which was stagnant early, has produced 20+ in four straight. The Huskies are just 1-5 ATS in their last six as a dog of +3 points or less, and are just 3-8 ATS in their last 11 overall are overmatched on both sides of the ball in this one. Take Rutgers and the points.
