Penn State vs. Boston College

There is no doubt which team is going to be more motivated for this game. Penn State had their sanctions lifted earlier this year, were deemed Bowl eligible, and here they are. The seniors here will be very motivated as they did not think playing in a Bowl game was in the cards for them. Penn State also has the top running defense in NCAA Football as well as the #2 overall defense. And that isn't good news for a Boston College team that likes to run the ball a lot. Linebacker U is back with another NFL caliber linebacker in Mike Hull, who was named the Big Ten Butkus-Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Year after leading the conference with 134 tackles. Boston College has been a strong defensive team as well, and this should be a game played in the trenches. And with Penn State's long success in Bowl games, where they are 17-9 SU in their last 26, and ultra motivated here, I think they present the right side. Take Penn State to win this one straight-up.
