Penn State at Wisconsin

Wisconsin is one of the best teams in the country from the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. They are 9-2, losing to Ohio State by 7 and getting hosed at Arizona State by a bad call that cost them the game. I think if that call didn't go against them, and they had Ohio State at home this year instead of on the road, this might be an undefeated team with National Championship aspirations. Wisconsin has held seven teams to 10 points or less, and held high scoring Indiana out of the end-zone. Penn State has given up big points to big offenses this season, and they aren't good enough offensively to get much done here.
