Penn State at Michigan State

Penn State comes off a heartbreaking loss to Ohio State, but the Nittany Lions still are #19 in the country in total yards allowed (313.6 per game) and seventh in points allowed (13.2 per game). Michigan State is allowing only 19.6 points per game even after its triple-overtime loss to Northwestern last week. The score was tied at 17 points in regulation and then the teams scored 36 in the overtimes. The usually reliable Spartan defense suffered from 21 missed tackles against the Wildcats, but still held them in check for four quarters. Michigan State has gone UNDER five of its seven games this season that didn't go to overtime and the Nittany Lions have stayed UNDER five of their eight contests. Michigan State is 7-0 UNDER after giving up at least 280 passing yards and 6-1 UNDER its last seven home games dating to last season. Also, the Spartans have gone UNDER four of their last five after an ATS loss. The Penn State defense will bounce back against an offense not nearly as good as Ohio State's. Play the UNDER.
