The Pac-10 took some heat last year as the conference was down, but few cupcakes remain as this conference has come alive. Stanford, USC and Cal all have a conference loss, but four remain perfect including the Beavers. Oregon State has had a tough schedule playing against two top five teams in TCU and Boise State, and made a good showing in both losing by 9 and 13 points, covering the spread each time. No big surprise there as this team is 60-46 ATS under Mike Riley including 23-10 ATS in October games. The Beavers have been tested so certainly won't be intimidated heading to the desert to square off with the Wildcats, who have a good club of their own and a tough defense. The Wildcats cleaned-up on a couple of easy marks early, but have had their hands full vs. Iowa and Cal, surviving the two by a combined 8 points. Oregon State is not going to go quietly here as the Beavers are cash cows in the dog role at 16-5 ATS in their last 21. Put them in the dog role on the road and the Beavers have cashed 10 of their last 11. The Wildcats turn to "mildcats" as a favorite from 3.5-10 as they are a cash poor 4-12 ATS in their last 16. The Beavers are money in this series at 9-2 ATS in their last 11, including a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four trips here. Oregon State is a live dog in this one.
