Oklahoma State at Oregon State

Premium Pick

Oklahoma State has a new offensive coordinator in Sean Gleeson, who comes over from Princeton and a new starting quarterback although coach Mike Gundy hasn't decided if it will be redshirt freshman Spencer Sanders or Hawaii grad transfer Dru Brown. Both probably will see action in this game and will get to throw to Tylan Wallace, who caught 86 passes for 1,491 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2018. Also, running back Chuba Hubbard is back and he averaged 6.0 yards per carry last season. The defense will be a work in progress, but the Cowboys expect tackle Sione Asi, a junior-college transfer to have a big impact. The Cowboys are 9-1 ATS over their last 10 non-conference games and Oregon State is 0-5 ATS its last five home games. Also, the Beavers finished the season 2-7 ATS and they are 3-21 straight-up and 6-16 ATS the last two years although they do return nine defensive starters. QB Jack Luton returns along with running back Jermar Jefferson for Oregon State, but the team still lacks depth on both sides of the ball. The posted total is very high and based on last year's defenses although both squads will be improved in that area this season.  Take Oklahoma State and the UNDER.
