There is no chance for the winner to jump to the four team playoff, so this is a battle for recruiting turf, knocking off an in-state rival, and Big-12 Championship. The Sooners got off slow with two losses in their first three games, losing to Houston, and Ohio State, but have run the table since and ride an eight-game winning streak into this contest. They have won all eight games by a stunning margin of 19.1 points per game, and have averaged 49 ppg. Oklahoma State has ripped off seven in a row, but have had three wins by 7, 6, and 1 point. The problem they face is they have allowed 30+ in seven games this season, and Oklahoma has the best offense in the country. Oklahoma State lost to the Sooners at home 58-23 last season, as the Sooners rolled 44 first half points. I don't see a lot of difference here, except this one is in Norman, and could be even uglier.
