ORANGE BOWL: The offensive talent on both sides of the line are incredible for both teams in the Orange Bowl. Clemson runs an attacking offense under Dabo Swinney, #16 in the nation in scoring (38.5 points per game) and #11 in yards. Sophomore QB Deshaun Watson (30 TDs, 11 INTs, 3,512 yds) is a force with his arm and legs, rushing for 887 yards (5.4 yards per carry), along with RB Wayne Gallman (1,332 yards, 5.5 ypc) and WR Artavis Scott (805 yds). Clemson is on a 7-3 run OVER the total. The Tigers wrapped up their playoff spot with a 45-37 win over North Carolina in the Atlantic Coast Conference title game, extending the nation's longest winning streak to 16 games. The Tigers have already played on this field earlier in the year, hanging 58 points on host Miami. Oklahoma is #3 in the nation in scoring (45.8 points per game) with its new Air-Raid offense brought in by first-year offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley, who used to run the up-tempo East Carolina attacks. QB Baker Mayfield (35 TDs, five picks 3,389 yds) took right to it, along with star RB Samaje Perine (1,291 yds rushing, 6.1 ypc) and WR Sterling Shepard (1,201 yds).
