Ohio State at Rutgers

Rutgers must be wishing they did not accept an invitation into the Big-10. For the most part, they simply have not been able to compete. Last year was perhaps the ultimate embarrassment when they took on four top Big-10 opponents and were beaten by a combined score of 214-0. What is interesting to note is that three of those four games played UNDER the total. They are 1-3 to start 2017, and the only win was vs. Morgan State 66-0. That game has skewed the numbers a bit as they have averaged fewer than 15 points per game vs. their three FBS opponents. One difference this season is the defense looks better, and Ohio State doesn't have as explosive an offense as they have had in recent years. I think this one struggles to get into the 50s and will ride the UNDER.
