Ohio State at Penn State

Ohio State has it all, coming in off a 52-17 rout over Nebraska. Getting a late start on the season and ranked fifth and third in the polls, there is plenty of motivation for them to win in this short season and run up the score to try and stay in the all-important Top 4.
