This is a good scheduling spot for Penn State as it comes off a bye week while Ohio State was battling into overtime before finally winning at Wisconsin. Also, last year's meeting was closer than the 38-10 score indicated as the Nittany Lions trailed only 21-10 after three quarters before the Buckeyes pulled away. That game went UNDER by two points. Penn State blew out Maryland 38-14 as a two-point underdog on Oct. 8. Trace McSorley was 10-of-19 for 152 yards and two touchdowns. However, it was the running game that stood out for the Lions as Saquon Barkley rushed for 202 yards on 6.5 yards per carry and McSorley added 81 yards on the ground on 18 carries. J.T. Barrett was 17-of-29 for 226 yards with a touchdown and interception against the Badgers. Ohio State was outgained 450-411 and Barrett was the leading rusher with 92 yards and two TDs. The Buckeyes have gone UNDER in seven of their last nine conference games and Penn State has gone UNDER eight of its last 11 after an ATS win. This is too many points to give a rested Nittany Lions squad that is coming off two conference wins. This one stays UNDER.
