It's been well-documented how James Franklin's Penn State teams have been unable to win the biggest games against teams such as Ohio State and Michigan. The Nittany Lions also came up short in the Big Ten Championship game, losing 45-37 to Oregon, which was manhandled by the Buckeyes.
