Notre Dame at NC State

NC State had some serious questions coming into this season. They lost a lot on defense, and have several new pieces on the offense. Their first game at UConn did not show a whole lot. They were held to 24 points, and while the defense allowed just 14 points, there is a monumental difference in the Notre Dame offense than the UConn offense. The Same Hartman transfer has given the Irish the missing piece to contend for a National Title. They won a pair of easy games vs. Navy and Tennessee St., but you could see this team has a lot of dynamics on both sides of the ball. Audric Esthime is rushing for 7.3 yards per carry and Sam Hartman has thrown TD passes to six different receivers. The margin between these teams is further away than the line here.
