Northern Illinois at Eastern Michigan

It's funny how things change. Northern Illinois was dominating the MAC Conference for several years, but have been down in recent years. Eastern Michigan was a long term doormat in the conference, but the program has turned around in recent years. The Huskies have all sorts of problems offensively, and have not had as much as a 300 yard performance in any of four games on the season. That has them looking bad here, but three of those games were vs. Iowa, Florida State, and Utah - all very solid defensive teams. I expect them to have more success in this one than they have all season, as Eastern Michigan has allowed 350+ yards to all four opponents. The Eagles have had success moving the ball in the air, but have been poor on the ground. The Huskies have defended better than the offenses they have faced, so there is lots of hidden value here. Play on Northern Illinois.
