Northern Illinois at Bowling Green

The Bowling Green football program was really built up under Dino Babers, but since his departure the Falcons have really struggled. They enter this game at 1-6 on the season and 1-6 ATS as well. Every team they have faced has run the ball down their throat with 40+ attempts by all opponents, generating 5.5 yards per carry. It doesn't get any better in the air where they allow 8.2 yards per attempt. The offense is below average and I don't see them doing much against a Northern Illinois stop-unit that looks to be the best the MAC has to offer allowing just 3.9 yards per play. Northern Illinois has held their two MAC opponents to a total of 16 points, and with Bowling Green coughing up just shy of 37 points per game, I think this one is going to be ugly for the home team.
