Iowa State returns 10 offensive starters after averaging 29.1 points their last 10 games in 2023. Rocco Becht threw for 3,120 yards and 23 TDs with only eight interceptions for the Cyclones last year and he'll have all five offensive starting linemen back. North Dakota finished 7-5 and made the FCS playoffs losing 42-35 to Sacramento State. The Fighting Hawks scored 40-plus points four times last season. Simon Romfo won the starting QB job for the Fighting Hawks after winning three straight state championships with a 37-0 record in high school.
