New Mexico at Wisconsin

The New Mexico Aggies are going from a season opener at home against Incarnate Word, to Wisconsin at Camp Randall in Game 2. This one will get ugly very early. There say there are two things that are certain and they are death and taxes, but in NCAA Football, the third is Wisconsin is going to play strong defense. Over the last three years, the Badgers, have allowed an average of 14.1ppg. Those numbers shrink to 11.1ppg at Camp Randall. When they take on an opponent from outside the conference they allow 7.1 points per game at home, and half of those opponents never tasted the end-zone. The total for this game is currently in the low 60s, and when you consider over this same period the Badgers have gone for 58 max and reached 50 just three times the numbers here just don't work. You are probably going to see a second half of garbage time in this one with Wisconsin burying the football in a running game to kill the clock. Play on the UNDER.
