New Mexico at New Mexico State

The New Mexico State Aggies have a winning record at 2-1, but it won't likely last very long. Their three point win over Georgia State was just their second win over an FBS team in the last 2+ years. The other was also by three points, so they are 6 points over their last 25 games from being winless vs. the FBS teams. New Mexico is 0-2, but losses to UTEP and Arizona State are not so bad. When you consider the fact that they put up 23 and 24 points in those losses, they are going to be able to move the ball here against the Aggies. They certainly moved the ball in this matchup last season as the Lobos exploded for 66 points and also won here two years ago 27-14. The Lobos have been a competent road team at 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11, while the Aggies are being abused after allowing 200+ on the ground at 17-37-1 ATS in their last 55 after doing so.
