Nevada at UTEP

Nevada bounced back from a shellacking at Oregon to defeat Weber State 19-13 while outyarding the Wildcats 454-138. Carson Strong completed 30-of-44 for 299 yards and Toa Taua and Jaxson Kincaide combined for 160 rushing yards for the Wolf Pack. Texas-El Paso is on an 0-5 ATS run dating to last season and the Miners were blown out 38-3 at Texas Tech two weeks ago before enjoying a bye last week. UTEP's only win was a narrow victory over Houston Baptist as a 17.5-point favorite. Texas Tech crushed the Miners 413-131 in total yards and averaged 5.1 yards per carry. UTEP returns only four defensive starters and they allowed 33 points per game in 2018. The Miners were 1-23 straight-up and 7-15-1 ATS the last two seasons and they have not covered their last four home games.
