Nebraska vs. Tennessee

MUSIC CITY BOWL - Nebraska has a senior laden team behind QB Tommy Armstrong Jr., a two-way threat, and a terrific coach in Mike Riley. The Cornhuskers made huge strides on defense this season, ranked #31 in points allowed and #21 in total yards. Last year they ranked #75 and #64 in those categories. The Cornhuskers are 10-1 ATS on natural grass, plus a great bounce back team, 9-4-1 ATS following a straight up loss. Tennessee has had a weak defense the last two years. This season they finished #109 in total defense and #73 in scoring defense. And the Volunteers are 5-16-2 ATS after accumulating more than 280 yards passing in their previous game.
