There is a secret brewing down in the heart of Texas. Baylor is a good football team once again this season. Nebraska is coming off a heartbreaker to Tech on their home field. It was a game that exposed Nebraska for what they are - a pretty average team. This Baylor team plays defense, and it will show against the lack luster Husker offense. Baylor is 9-1 ATS versus good rushing defenses that allow <3.25 rushing yards/carry over the last 3 seasons and a perfect 6-0 ATS vs. top-level teams (.750+) during that span. Baylor is also 11-3 ATS overall the last 2 seasons as the public just doesn't give this team any respect. Did anyone but us notice that Baylor won outright as 9 point dogs last week? The oddsmakers play to the public and as expected, have been slow to catch up with the Bears true strength. The wrong team is favored and Baylor should win this one outright.
