NC State at Florida State

The Seminoles gave up 70 points over a two week period, but in their other five games they have allowed just 65 in total. Within those five games they also held Oklahoma to 23 points (a Sooners' season low as the Sooners have hung 38 or more on everyone else). This is a very good defensive team. And, the Wolfpack has a talented but young QB now that Russell Wilson is throwing TD passes at Wisconsin and he took his experience with him. The Wolfpack has allowed 89 over a similar two-game stretch, but has been much improved recently, as they have allowed a total of 38 points in their last two combined. That defense has been the one showing up on the road, where NC State has now played five straight to the UNDER as a dog. The Seminoles are playing similar stingy role as a home favorite posting a 10-4 mark to the UNDER in their last 14. They are also 11-5 to the UNDER as a favorite of more than -10.5. The UNDER has prevailed in the last seven meetings at 5-2. I expect a low-scoring game here.
