Navy at East Carolina

This Navy program has really taken a dip in recent years. Navy has just 1 winning record in the past 5 years after winning eight or more games in 13 of 14 seasons. The 0-2 start includes a 14-7 loss to Delaware, and they scored just 13 points vs Memphis in their most recent loss. The triple-option that Navy runs just hasn't had the same success recently, and so far this season it doesn't look good as they have turned the ball over three times in each game. It still eats up the clock and limits the opponent's possessions and plays. Navy has two weeks to prepare and Coach Niumatalolo has a 21-6 mark to the UNDER when that is the case. Navy is also 30-16 to the UNDER if their last opponent failed to generate 100 or more yards rushing. I like the UNDER in this one.
