Missouri at Mississippi State

Missouri will be in a Bowl game at 5-4, but this game will help determine which one. Obviously, a better one if they come away with a win. That is not the case for Mississippi State, who enters this game at just 2-7 on the season. The defense has held this team together, while the offense could just never move the ball which has been the case from start to finish this season. The Bull Dogs average just 17 points per game (PPG) on the season. Missouri is allowing over 30 PPG but the defense has faced all the best offensive teams in the SEC. If you look at their games vs the offenses of Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and South Carolina, they allowed those three teams a grand total of 10 points, and I don't think Mississippi State can score enough for this game to approach the total.
