Mississippi State at LSU

Most thought the SEC West would come down to Alabama and Auburn, but all of a sudden after a huge upset win over Georgia and LSU has become a serious Final Four contender. The Bayou Bengals are always tough defensively and this season is no different as they are allowing fewer than 17 points per game. They held a potent Georgia offense to 16 points and turned them over four times last time out. Mississippi State has held five of six opponents to 13 or fewer points. After opening the season scoring big, they have really struggled to score against their last three opponents - all with above-average defenses and they have managed 12 ppg in the three games. The points are going to be hard to come by in this one, so play on the UNDER.
