But they lost two of their final three games, including a 23-19 defeat to Iowa to end their unbeaten season and a 38-17 blowout loss to Wisconsin. And they weren't dominant during that 9-0 start, squeaking by Fresno State (38-35), Georgia Southern (35-32) and Purdue (38-31). Now they step up to face the SEC in a fast and talented Auburn squad that beat Alabama (48-45) and lost to No. 1 LSU just 23-20. The Tigers lost three games, all against top-seven teams in the final coaches' poll, by a total of 21 points. Auburn's defense ranks #19 in the nation in yards allowed.
