Middle Tennessee State at Old Dominion

Middle Tennessee has been a bit perplexing. They brought back eight offensive players, including a six-year QB in Brent Stockstill that has now passed for over 10,000 yards and thrown 90 TDs, but the offense isn't scoring. A lot of that has to do with injuries to Stockstill that saw him go from over 1,000 yards as a freshman and never getting there again. What this team has done is tighten things up defensively, allowing no more than 24 points in any of their last four games. Old Dominion is remembered for 49 against Virginia Tech, but this team has produced multiple turnovers in five games this season, including each of the last three slowing the offense.
