Michigan State at Indiana

Michigan State had a classic letdown game last week as it lost to Wisconsin after holding off Notre Dame the game before. As a result, Mark Dantonio will have his team focused as the Spartans are 5-0 ATS in their last five games after a loss. Sparty is also 19-7-2 ATS their last 28 road games. Quarterback Tyler O'Connor appears to still have his job after the loss to the Badger. Mostly because he had an impressive game against Notre Dame in completing 19-of-26 for 241 yards and two touchdowns. The Spartans are averaging 396 yards of offense and are allowing 314.7 yards on defense, which is good enough for #25 in the nation. The Indiana defense ranks #38, giving up 351.3 yards per game, however, the Hoosiers lost to Wake Forest, which is not an offensive juggernaut, 33-28 as a seven-point favorite. Indiana QB Richard Lagow has completed 63-of-101 with five interceptions along with seven touchdown passes. Devine Redding averages 104.3 yards per carry and Nick Westbrook has racked up 332 receiving yards for 110.7 per game. Indiana is 1-6 ATS its last seven games against teams with winning records, and the Hoosiers have covered the spread just once in their last five home games.
