Miami Ohio at Northern Illinois

Northern Illinois is 3-7 so there will be no Bowl game for this team. The biggest issue they face down the stretch is at the most important position, quarterback. It is unlikely that Northern Illinois will regain the services of Rocky Lombardi or backup Ethan Hampton. The Huskies' offense will be handicapped once again. Miami, O. is a significantly below-average offensive team averaging just 19.6 PPG. They do have a very solid defense, and when you put those two together, the Red Birds are 8-2 to the UNDER for the season. The end result is both defenses will be the best unit on the field when they are out there. I'll play this one UNDER the total.
