Miami Ohio at Bowling Green

Miami of Ohio got its first victory of the season last week, topping Kent State 18-14 as a dog. They've actually played hard all season, losing a pair of games by seven points and another by four. Three quarterbacks have combined for 12 TDs and only six picks, while the passing attack has a terrific weapon in sophomore WR James Gardner (461 yards), who averages 17.7 yards per catch. He had six catches for 95 yards against a strong Iowa defense. The Redhawks are 10-4 ATS after accumulating fewer than 100 yards rushing in their previous game. While Miami, Ohio has one MAC victory, Bowling Green has one victory on the season (over North Dakota by one point) and is winless in conference play. The defense has been awful, giving up 77 points twice and ranks #125 in yards allowed and dead last surrendering 45.9 points per contest. The offense ranks #116 in the country in points (20.7 ppg) as two quarterbacks have combined for 11 TDs to 17 picks.
