Memphis at Tulane

The Tigers are 0-6 on the season facing Div-1 competition, so this is truly an ugly dog situation. The public sure thinks so and is lining-up behind the Green Wave with Tulane getting nearly two-thirds of the action. But, the other team in this contest is just 2-5, allowing over 35 points a game and is laying double-digits. Tulane hasn't exactly been a pace-setter in C-USA as they own just a single win on the season vs. Div-1 competition, and that came at the hands of 0-6 UAB. As a result, it is hard to justify nearly a two-TD pointspread on a team that can self-destruct on the field at any given moment. Tulane has only been favored five times over the last two years, and this will be their largest number yet to tackle. They failed in four of their previous five attempts as chalk. Under head coach Bob Toledo, this team is just 2-9 ATS as a favorite and 8-20 ATS in home games. The Tigers have fared well in the role of a dog on the road vs. a team with a losing home record at 6-0 ATS in their last six. The Green Wave has been coming up short in conference play at 13-38-1 ATS in their last 52. Take Memphis and the points in this one.
