Maryland vs. Rutgers

Rutgers has shown some life lately with wins over Illinois and Purdue before losing at Michigan as the Scarlet Knights desperately attempt to rebuild their program after finishing 2-10 last season and losing their final nine games. The last game of the 2016 season was against Maryland and culminated in an 0-9 Big 10 record for Rutgers, which would love to gain revenge as a measure of its improvement this season. The Terrapins come off a 42-39 win over Indiana, which snapped a three-game losing streak and the Terps have lost four of their last six. Maryland was outgained 483-345 and quarterback Max Bortenschlager completed only 10-of-16 passes for 171 yards with two touchdowns and an interception while the Hoosiers racked up 410 passing yards.  Maryland is 4-18 ATS its last 22 games after a win and 5-18 ATS following an ATS win. Also, the Terrapins are 22-8-1 UNDER after scoring at least 40 points and the Scarlet Knights have stayed UNDER in five of their last seven after allowing at least 450 yards their previous game.
