Maryland at Wake Forest

Maryland is the superior team and the Deamon Deacons showed their inability in the passing game when they were thumped earlier this season by an awful Huskers team. Wake Forest is just 1-9 ATS as a favorite over the last 3 seasons including 0-7 ATS as a home favorite. Maryland gave a good Clemson team all it could handle and also played WVU somewhat tight one week ago. This will be a good fight, and we like the dawg here as a result. The Terrapins bring a better defense and more balance on offense. Wake is just 5-9 in conference openers and Friedgen has won and covered all four meetings vs. Jim Grobe and Wake.
