Maryland at Temple

Maryland has a new playbook under first-year coach Michael Locksley. And for the fourth straight season the Terrapins have a new QB in Virginia Tech transfer Josh Jackson. At least the defense is ahead of the offense, leading the way to their 2-0 start by allowing 20 points. Last week they held Syracuse to 2.4 yards per rush while forcing two turnovers. Maryland is 25-11-1 UNDER the total after scoring 40+ points in their previous game. They head to Temple, a team that is 8-2 UNDER when stepping up to face the Big Ten. Temple has a new coach as well in Rod Carey, a proponent of a ball-control, run-heavy offense. Temple is 21-7 UNDER the total after allowing less than 275 total yards in their previous game, plus 41-18 UNDER after allowing less than 100 yards rushing the last contest. Back the UNDER here.
