N.C. State ended the regular season on a high note by defeating North Carolina 30-27 in double overtime after the Tarheels had tied the game as time expired when Drake Maye threw a four-yard touchdown pass to Antoine Green plus the extra point. Ben Finley took over the starting job when Devin Leary and MJ Morris both got hurt and he has thrown for 472 yards with a 120.7 QB rating in two games for the Wolfpack. Finley was 27 of 40 for 271 yards with two TDs and no interceptions against the Tarheels. Morris still could play as he has been practicing all week and appears healthy. Maryland lost three of its last four games and it was the toughest part of its schedule as it lost to Wisconsin, Penn State and Ohio State before destroying Rutgers 37-0. Taulia Tagovailoa is expected to start for the Terrapins, but three of his best receivers have opted-out, including Dontay Demus Jr., Jacob Copeland and Rakim Jarrett. The Wolfpack have the edge defensively as they are #21 in total yards allowed and #15 in scoring defense. The Terps are 5-16 ATS following a win by at least 20 points and 13-32 ATS their past 45 games after a win. Also, Maryland is just 16-35 ATS against teams with winning records. N.C. State is 8-3-1 ATS its past 12 bowl games. Take N.C. State as a Max Play.
