GASPARILLA BOWL - The weather forecast for Thursday night's game in Tampa calls for heavy rain and thunderstorms which should hamper both offenses. South Florida has been having trouble scoring even in good weather. The Bulls have lost five in a row and finished the regular season with a 38-10 defeat at the hands of Central Florida while being outgained 558-309. Chris Oladokun and Brett Kean combined for 15-of-29 passing for only 113 yards on 3.9 yards per play. Starting QB Blake Barnett sat out the game with a shoulder injury, but is expected to be available tonight. South Florida went UNDER in three of its last four games, including the UCF game that went UNDER by 22 points. Marshall has gone UNDER in five of its last seven Bowl games and USF has stayed UNDER in eight of its last 11 home games. The Bulls are also 21-9-1 UNDER in their last 31 games when following a loss overall and 9-3 UNDER their last 12 after a home loss by at least 10 points.
