The Bayou Cats have gotten it done all season in what is likely Les Miles' best Tigers team ever. It sure would be easy to predict a letdown here after the big Alabama game. But, when you’re No. 1 in the country and hold your National Championship fate in your own hands, you typically don't let down. Outside of the big national showdown vs. Alabama, the Tigers’ last four wins have all come by 31-points plus and I expect more of the same here. Houston Nutt announced he will not return next year for Ole Miss, so if any team will be facing a letdown it will be the Rebels. This is a 2-8 team that lost at home last week to Louisiana Tech by 20 points and lost the week before by 17 to lowly Kentucky and lost by 18 at Auburn. This team has quit. Houston Nutt teams are just 5-15 ATS at home vs. good defensive teams like LSU (those allowing 17 or less ppg). That includes a 1-9 mark vs. teams that allow under 4.25 yards per play (LSU is third-best in the nation, allowing 4.1 per play). The Rebels are just 1-6 ATS at home in their last seven vs. a team with a winning road record. I expect a blowout here.
