Kent State at Northern Illinois

Many thought that after losing so many stars, and perhaps the best QB in school history, this Northern Illinois team would struggle this season. Well, they beat Northwestern, marking the second straight year they have beaten a Big-10 team, and it would have been three years if not for a 1-point loss at Iowa. The Huskies lost for the first tim this season at Arkansas as they were in the deep end of the pool, but they come out as the sharks in this game vs. a bad Kent State team. The Golden Flashes have been outscored by a total of 151-40 in their four games on the season to arrive here at 0-4. Losses to Southern Alabama and Ohio University certainly don't' bode well for them the rest of the way - especially here.
