Kansas at Duke

Last year Duke enjoyed perhaps its best season ever, and if it wasn't it certainly was one that their fans enjoyed immensely. Duke has gotten out of the gate at 2-0 already, and looks to get to 3-0 facing a Kansas team that has struggled just as much as Duke did prior to the Blue Devils getting things turned around. Kansas is a program that is now in better hands, but the talent has not gotten to the level it needs to be to be competitive once again, and they still have a long way to go. There is another ugly piece to this Kansas program, and that is the fact that the Jayhawks have now lost 24 straight road games. Kansas is not only losing on the road, they are just 7-17 ATS in those 24 games and have been outscored by their opponents by 26 points per game. They have come within 2 TDs in just 8 of the 24 games. With this home game, and a home game next week vs. Tulane, Duke has a very strong chance to open the season at 4-0 heading into ACC play. Kansas is 0-7-1 ATS in their last eight out-of-conference games, and Duke has covered six straight after gaining 450+ yards in their previous game. Lay the points on Duke.
